A high-standard building that supplies the demands of the traditional neighborhood of Santo Amaro, which is undergoing an urban renovation and commercial valorization process. The expectation of a future subway station collaborated to the valuation and perspective of high rentability and liquidity. Its architecture translates contemporary concepts and innovation in the facade design, highlighting the enterprise in relation to the competition.
