LE QUARTIER BRASÍLIA - COMPLEXO MULTIUSO BRASÍLIA PLAZA CENTER

2001

About the project

About the project

Le Quartier is a multi-functional complex formed by 6 buildings on a single site, designed to allow construction in independent phases.

Between the buildings, there are sophisticated terrace-gardens designed with features reminiscent of the city's public squares.

This land had been given to Mr Conrad Hilton in 1960 by President Juscelino Kubitschek during the businessman's visit to inaugurate Brasília.

With the desistance of building a Hilton in the place, the land was later acquired by the entrepreneur Antonio Sanchez Galdeano, negotiated later by his daughter, the entrepreneur Tanit Galdeano, owner of TAO, incorporated and built by João Fortes and Opportunity Fund.

Currently, besides the Windsor Brasília hotel, which is built at the location, there are commercial buildings and apartments in the complex. STX (at the time, ST) was responsible for the conception, structuring and conceptualization of the real estate planning, as well as establishing the location strategy and defining the projects.
